Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over slightly cooled fritters before serving.
