- 3 green onions (chopped)

- 4 cups chicken/beef/vegetable broth
- 12 oz wontons
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Make the Chili Oil: In a heat-safe bowl, mix chili flakes, sesame seeds, minced garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon stick. Heat neutral oil in a small pan until hot and pour over the mixture. Stir and set aside to infuse.
- Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add chopped green onion whites and light greens along with minced ginger and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Simmer the Broth: Pour in the broth of choice and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add Wontons: Stir in the wontons along with soy sauce and fish sauce; simmer until heated through.
- Serve: Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onion tops and drizzle with chili oil.
