- 400 g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 32 g cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 177°C (or air fryer to 160°C).
- Grease a 15 cm round cake pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Add cornstarch and mix until no lumps remain.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 70-75 minutes in the oven or 20-23 minutes in the air fryer until set and golden.
- Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
