- 3 cups strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 140 to 170 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
- Place in the oven and dry for 4 to 6 hours, checking until the center is no longer tacky.
- Let cool completely before removing from parchment paper and cutting into strips.
