Instructions

  2. In a nonstick pan over low heat, toast 1 cup of desiccated coconut for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the mango purée and sweetened condensed milk to the toasted coconut in the pan. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened into a dough-like consistency.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into smooth balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut for an appealing finish and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
