Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, soy sauce, and salt until well combined.
- Heat a tamagoyaki or nonstick pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Pour a small amount of egg mixture into the pan; cook until slightly runny on top.
- Gently roll the omelette toward one end of the pan.
- Add more egg mixture to fill the empty space; repeat rolling until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, slice into pieces, and serve garnished with parsley if desired.
