- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- Colorful bell peppers (red and green)

Instructions
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Marinate chicken cubes in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil for 10 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a wok; fry chicken until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Stir-fry onions, bell peppers, chilies, garlic, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns for 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken back to the wok along with the sauce; toss well and serve immediately.
