- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
