Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until crumbly.
- Press mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the crust and spread evenly.
- Layer with oats, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and M&M's.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; let cool before cutting into bars.
