Instructions
- Blend hulled strawberries with 2 cups of water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a large pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add evaporated milk and condensed milk; stir well.
- Pour in remaining water and mix until combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Serve over ice with sliced strawberries for garnish.
