- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits (not flaky layers)
- 1 cup apple pie filling (with apples cut into small pieces)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sugar and apple pie spice; set aside.
- Separate the biscuits into two layers and flatten each into a circle about 4 inches wide (16 circles total).
- Mix apple pie filling with cinnamon in another bowl.
- Place one tablespoon of the filling in the center of each biscuit circle.
- Fold the sides over the filling and pinch to seal, rolling gently into balls.
- Preheat air fryer and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the balls in the basket with space between them and spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
- Dip cooked bombs in melted butter and roll in sugar mixture to coat.
