- 2 standard bagels (or 4 mini bagels)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370℉ (180℃).
- Brush bagel halves with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the air fryer, spread pizza sauce on each half, top with mozzarella and optional Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
