Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour marinade over chicken; toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
