Instructions
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin fry shapes.
- Toss sweet potato fries in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, chipotle in adobo sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth to create the aioli.
- Serve hot fries with chipotle aioli on the side.
