  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare crust by blending cookie crumbs, butter, salt, and powdered sugar; press into springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a stand mixer, blend cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth; mix in sour cream, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and reduced cider.
  4. Gradually add eggs and flour; pour filling into cooled crust.
  5. Bake in water bath for approximately 90 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool gradually inside the oven before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
