Instructions

  6. For the crumb topping, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a separate bowl; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.

  8. Prepare the drizzle by cooking diced apple with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water until thickened; drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
