Instructions

- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into a springform pan for the crust.

- Assemble by layering half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, adding apple filling, then topping with remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes or until set around the edges.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
