- 1 pie pastry
- 5 1/2 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fit the pie pastry into a 9" deep dish pie pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss the sliced apples until coated.
- Pour the apple mixture into the prepared crust.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and let cool before serving.
