Instructions
- Prepare the apples by peeling and chopping them into cubes.

- Mix cornstarch with cold water in a bowl until smooth. Stir into the apple mixture to thicken (2-3 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake tortillas on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm Apple Pie Dip alongside cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
