- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves or bread slices until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with salt and pepper and spread it evenly over the toasted bread.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet and fry the eggs sunny-side-up, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place one fried egg on each avocado toast and sprinkle with chili flakes.
- Serve immediately with sliced strawberries on the side.
