Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare an ice bath in a bowl.
- Add the bok choy to the boiling water for one minute, then transfer it immediately to the ice bath to cool.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the blanched bok choy, stirring for 2–3 minutes until slightly browned.
- Pour in soy sauce and mushroom sauce, mixing well for another minute.
- Transfer to a serving dish, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with sesame seeds.
