- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dried thyme
- Red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy; chop and set aside.
- Sauté onions and carrots in butter or oil until tender.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cream and seasonings; melt in cheddar cheese.
- Add gnocchi; cook until soft (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in crispy bacon before serving hot.
