- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes) until they float.
- Drain the tortellini, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove bacon and leave some grease in the pan.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute.
- Lower heat and add softened cream cheese; stir until smooth. Gradually mix in heavy cream until combined.
- Stir in grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Gently combine cooked tortellini with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Mix in crispy bacon and serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
