Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined, then stir in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Allow fritters to cool slightly before drizzling with glaze.
