Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes), then cool and chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheeses, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Optional: Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with dips.
