Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 slices deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each one.
- Place a slice of roast beef and provolone cheese on each flattened biscuit.
- Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Arrange in baking dish seam-side down.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat beef broth in a saucepan for dipping.
- Serve warm alongside the au jus.
