Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400º F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, salt, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Lightly pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165º F.
- Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve hot.
