Instructions

  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; do not overmix.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts, pistachios, and honey until evenly distributed.
  7. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
