  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool briefly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Drizzle each muffin with additional honey while still warm.
