Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool briefly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle each muffin with additional honey while still warm.
