Instructions
- Warm the milk until lukewarm and combine it with yeast; let it froth for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in softened butter, eggs, sugar, and salt. Gradually add bread flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes), then let it rise covered in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, cut into strips, twist them, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
