Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick oil or parchment paper.
  2. Slice bell peppers in half and then into six equal pieces, laying them on the baking sheet inside up.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef or turkey until crumbled; add taco seasoning and water, mixing well.

  5. Spoon the mixture over each bell pepper piece and top with cheese.
