Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers in the bacon drippings until tender.
- Add ground beef; brown thoroughly and drain excess grease.
- Stir in the chopped turkey bacon along with beans, tomatoes, beef stock, and spices.
- Simmer for at least 45 minutes for the best flavor.
