Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add kataifi and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Mix in pistachio butter and let cool.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in intervals until smooth.
- Layer halved strawberries in clear cups, drizzle melted chocolate, then add the kataifi mixture. Repeat layers.
- Chill for 10 minutes or serve immediately.
