  3. In a large bowl, mix oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, folding in grated zucchini and walnuts until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
