Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour cheesecake filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely; top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
