- 480g heavy whipping cream
- 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 brownies, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Cherry Compote: In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook on low-medium heat until simmering for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make Ice Cream Base: Whip heavy cream with cocoa powder and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Combine: Fold brownie pieces into the ice cream mixture.
- Layer: In a freezer-safe container, layer the ice cream and cherry compote alternately. Finish with chocolate shavings on top.
- Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 7 hours until firm.
