Instructions
- To make the vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
- In a large bowl or serving platter, layer the mixed greens as the base.
- Arrange avocado slices evenly over the greens.
- Scatter blackberries on top, followed by sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle crumbled cheese and toasted nuts over the salad.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette just before serving and add freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
