- 6 ounces soda water (or blackberry cider)
- 3 ounces rum
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Fill two 12 oz glasses with ice and set aside.
- In a small bowl, muddle fresh blackberries and mint leaves until juices are released.
- Combine the muddled mixture, lemonade, rum, and soda water in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
- Pour the mixed cocktail over the ice-filled glasses. Garnish with additional mint leaves or whole blackberries if desired.
