Instructions
- Warm the milk (95–104°F) and mix with yeast and sugar; let it sit until bubbly.
- Combine flour, salt, and eggs; mix until a dough forms then knead in softened butter until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (about 1-1.5 hours).
- Prepare blueberry filling by cooking blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon until thickened.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread cooled blueberry filling over it; roll tightly and slice into pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again (30-45 minutes).
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-28 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare cream cheese frosting by mixing softened cream cheese and butter; add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Frost warm rolls before serving.
