Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and juice; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the floured blueberries.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden at the edges. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
