- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, diced peaches, sliced cucumbers, and chopped basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until combined.
- Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and give it one last light toss.
- Serve immediately for a refreshing bite.
