  • 8 ounces toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (chopped small)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in toffee chips and pecans.
  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
