- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounces toffee chips
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces (chopped small)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in toffee chips and pecans.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden; cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
