- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese (softened)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Sauté chopped onions in the same skillet until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add chicken broth and softened Boursin cheese to the skillet; stir until smooth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, warming through for a couple of minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
