- 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cools, chop the cooked turkey, dice celery, slice green onions, and toast nuts if needed.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and granulated sugar (if using).
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with turkey, celery, cranberries, pecans, and green onions. Pour the dressing over the mixture.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated with dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
