- 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 8–10 triangles. Arrange these in a circle on the baking sheet, pointing outward.
- Layer the brie cheese slices evenly around the inner ring and spoon dollops of cranberry sauce over them.
- Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling, tucking them under at the inner edge to form a wreath shape.
- Brush the entire wreath with egg wash and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
