  • 1 and 1/4 cups Miracle Whip OR mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in the oven until crispy. Allow it to cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well blended.
  3. Chop the broccoli into small florets and add to the bowl with dressing.
  4. Incorporate cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, red onion, and most of the bacon; reserve some bacon for later.
  5. Mix well until everything is coated in dressing. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
