- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)

- For the glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix gently until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar; reserve half for later.
- Spread half of the sauce in a loaf pan. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the pan; top with remaining sauce.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing and serving.
