- 1–2 teaspoons water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, salt, optional sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Add water gradually if the mixture is too thick.
- Preheat your mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour half the batter into the preheated waffle maker and top with half of the remaining chocolate chips.
- Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until no steam escapes.
- Carefully remove the first waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
