- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with any remaining chicken drippings. Slice the rested chicken and place over the pasta. Top with bruschetta mixture.
- Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
