Instructions

- Shred the chicken using forks as it cooks, then remove excess water.
- Lower heat to medium/low; add butter and olive oil until melted.
- Stir in hot sauce, celery seed, fresh pepper, and thinly sliced celery.
- Scoop the mixture into each lettuce leaf and top with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing.
